Pemilihan calon ketua dan calon wakil ketua OSIS, MPK dan Rohis SMA Negeri 1 Kepulauan Pongok dilaksanakan pada hari Jum’at, 24 September 2021. Setelah berakhir masa tugas pengurus OSIS, MPK dan Rohis periode 2020/2021. Pada kesempatan ini pemilihan OSIS dirancang sama seperti yang dilaksanakan pada saat pemilihan umum beberapa waktu lalu.
Ada lima kandidat yang menjadi perwakilan setiap kelas sebagai calon ketua. Kandidat calon ketua nomor urut 1 yaitu, Anggun Gemini (OSIS), Darmawan (MPK) dan Wahyu (Rohis) perwakilan dari kelas (X MIPA). Pada nomor urut 2 yaitu, Anggun Apriani (OSIS), Rismawati (MPK) dan Haikal (Rohis) perwakilan dari kelas X IPS 1). Kandidat nomor urut 3 yaitu, Putra Anggara (OSIS), Irdi (MPK) dan Ais Ramadhani (Rohis) perwakilan dari kelas (X IPS 2). Kandidat nomor urut 4 yaitu, Basri (OSIS), Mailini (MPK) dan Erlangga (Rohis), kemudian di nomor urut 5 yaitu, Efriyadi (OSIS), Natalia (MPK) dan Opal Adista (Rohis) perwakilan dari kelas XI IPS.
Mereka sudah menyampaikan Visi dan Misi untuk menjelaskan program kerja yang akan dilaksanakan pada masa jabatan 2021/2022, dihadapan siswa/i serta guru-guru pada masa kompanyenya. Setelah dilakukan pemungutan suara pada Jum’at, 24 September 2021 di TPS SMA Negeri 1 Kepulauan Pongok yang dimenangkan oleh kandidat nomor urut 1 yaitu, Anggun (OSIS) dengan jumlah suara 58, nomor urut 4, Mailini (MPK) dengan jumlah suara 58 dan nomor urut 4 yaitu, Erlangga (Rohis) dengan jumlah suara 48.
Kegiatan pemilihan ketua OSIS, MPK dan Rohis diharapkan bisa membekali siswa berupa karakter dan kecakapan untuk menjadikan warga negara yang baik. Siswa menjadi tahu bagaimana prosedur pemilihan umum yang benar. Pemilihan ketua OSIS, MPK dan Rohis dilaksanakan dengan sebaik-baiknya, sportif dan bertanggung jawab serta tidak menimbulkan konflik. Semoga ke depannya OSIS, MPK dan Rohis SMA Negeri 1 Kepulauan Pongok bisa meningkatkan dan menjalankan program kerja yang baik.
